POERTY WORKSHOP SERIES

Sun. April 6th and 13th 6-8pm:
In partnership with Sovversiva Open Space and Onion River Exchange poet, Angela Emery, offers a two session 2-hour poetry workshop series with a third session for  public performance. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged but not required. Workshops will include: writing prompts and exercises, group share, discussion and feedback, editing tips, hints and peer editing.

At the end of the second workshop, attendants are welcome to submit 1-3 poems for the creation of a program/zine, which will be available at the following week’s performance. (The two poetry workshops will be at Sovversiva Open Space, but the final poetry reading performance will take place on at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center on Sunday,  April 20th)
